Summer Camp
Summer camp memories last a lifetime.
Paddling a canoe right out to the middle of the lake. Whispering to the kid in the next bunk after lights-out. Summer camp is a chance to get away from it all, make new friends and just be a normal kid for one unforgettable week. Camp introduces positive role models into otherwise difficult lives and gives kids – and foster parents – a much-needed respite.
Foster Care Fact
Nationally, only 3% of former foster kids complete a bachelor's degree, compared to 28% of the general population.
